Epsilon is comprised of three divisions including: Epsilon Targeting, Marketing Technology and Aspen Marketing Services.

In June 2011, Epsilon acquired Aspen Marketing Services, the nation's largest independently owned marketing services agency. Epsilon's Purple@Epsilon agency—which has won over 100 creative awards—and its Strategic & Analytic Consulting Group combined with Aspen into one agency platform operating under the Aspen Marketing Services name. Aspen's unparalleled expertise in automotive and telecommunications, depth of services (including consumer promotions, Hispanic marketing and public relations and social media) and 750 talented associates significantly enhance Epsilon's core capabilities.
