Marketing define and deliver a consistent and compelling Brand and Marketing Strategy, working in close partnership with the editorial leaders of the output divisions to bring a combination of professional marketing and brand leadership, audience insight and planning, and communications expertise. We're looking to appoint a Head of Digital Marketing Change to help reshape and develop our offering within the digital media environment.
You'll help the BBC’s Marketing & Audiences community re-imagine and re-shape their approach to marketing planning, digital campaigns, digital measurement and reporting to enable the BBC brand to stand out and thrive within the data-driven, digital media environment. You'll also help the Future Media M&A team deliver against the objectives and ambitions of both the Future Media Division and Online Direction Group, advising and re-shaping some of the M&A processes and resources to enable this to happen.
With substantial experience of providing business and organisational support at a senior level within a major organisation or agency, you'll be able to demonstrate awareness of business sensitivities and reflect this in approaches to issues and problem solving. You'll have substantial experience of digital environments and businesses along with experience or understanding of developing and managing complex marketing campaigns across platforms.
