Job Description
The role is within the Marketing Services, Data Quality Management team in Nottingham and working with a number of clients across industry sectors and our internal teams. The focus of the role will be to provide helpdesk support to both our internal and external clients
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Services DQM helpdesk plays a key role in the provision of service availability to clients across a wide range of products. You will need to be able to prioritise your own work load and have a flexible approach to work you undertake. Key responsibilities include:-
Support client use of Experian products and provide query response
Production of daily/weekly reports for internal and external clients
Record and track faults, issues and incidents
Provide initial “first line” support if this is achievable or allocate to appropriate resource including Experian Global Technology Services and/or client support teams
Provide client with updates in accordance with agreed service level agreement throughout issue life cycle
Job Requirements and Qualifications
In addition to excellent communication and organisational ability, it is expected that the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Highly PC literate, with experience in the use of Microsoft Office products
Ability to confidently liaise with clients (verbal and written) to provide a consistently high quality service
Technical background/knowledge/understanding is desirable
Preferably educated to degree level
Able to demonstrate a highly organised, professional attitude with a high level of communication skills. Self-motivated with the desire to succeed and progress. A swift and coherent thinker able to work accurately under pressure
