Account Manager Insurance Day

Informa is looking for a tenacious and driven Account Manager to work within the Insurance Day (ID) team. If you are an Account Manager with proven success in media sales who is looking to take the next step in your career, then we want to hear from you!

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for a combination of up-selling and cross selling into existing accounts, as well as developing new business across Europe. Reporting directly into the Sales Director, you will work closely with the Managing Director, journalists, marketing and development teams to ensure the successful growth of an already well established product.

Account Manager responsibilities

• Significantly grow revenue and customer base, gaining strong client commitment to renew for a further subscription term at increased usage and revenues.
• Re-positioning low usage existing customer base to increase usage and value perception
• Driving new business within key accounts and new prospects, by identifying sales opportunities to help meet sales targets
• Turning client feedback into actionable product improvement
• Travel, when required, alongside MD of Insurance Day and take a leading role in external events
• Keeping fully aware of outside issues, events and competitor activity, and regular report on how this impacts both on LLG and client objectives
