Personal Assistant, Marketing & Audiences Director, Future Media

We're looking to recruit a PA to provide direct support for the Director of Marketing & Audiences, Future Media. Marketing & Audiences is made up of Brand Marketing, Audiences, Creative Marketing and Media Engagement & North. Our team defines and delivers a consistent and compelling Brand and Marketing Strategy to position M&A as a Brand Leader, and lead “one BBC” towards a stronger relationship with our audiences.

You'll provide support through diary management, inbox management, screening telephone calls, organising meetings and arranging travel and hotels. You'll also process HR administration for the team. You'll provide a similar but more limited level of support for some other senior members of the M&A team and establish excellent internal and external contacts at all levels.

With proven and effective administrative and diary management skills, you'll have experience of working at Director level along with experience of being responsible for multiple diaries concurrently. You'll have proven experience of running a busy office with conflicting demands from senior managers with a demonstrable ability to prioritise.
