An exciting opportunity has arisen at Visa Europe an international, innovative company, for a Senior Business Analyst based in Paddington with occasional travel toReading andBasingstoke when required.

As the Senior Business Analyst you would ideally have a background in IT/ Financial Services/Card Payments, leading a team and focused on results along with gap and cost analysis, specification and software reviews, functional system knowledge, managing the changing requirements, defining the scope of system and non system changes along with strong communication and stakeholder management.

The projects are generally technical in nature with a combination of systems development and business process development however can also include non-IT projects as well as Infrastructure projects.

The role will involve working with the business to discuss and elaborate their business requirements using a variety of techniques and project methodologies. Creating requirement documents using the standard processes and procedures and securing review and sign off from stakeholders. Providing business acceptance criteria for testing the end solution against the requirements. Working effectively in a team and demonstrating effective relationship skills with both peers and stakeholders and supporting customers, both internally and externally.
